Great point LaRae and I totally agree – resolutions not from the heart are going to be difficult to achieve. Thanks for your kind words and support throughout 2013 – you have definitely helped me keep a positive attitude!

I agree…so many times we quit our “resolutions” because they didn’t really come from our heart. More often, they are things we think we “ought” to do but will never bring real meaning into our life.

Having a positive attitude and believing we will have a great day, or accomplish our goal, is the most important vital first step.

I like the way you think Cynthia! No doubt that this year will bring many accomplishments and many new opportunities. Honored to be sharing the journey with you!

This is a great take on it. I firmly believe we get what we focus on in this world. By focusing on the positives and what we can accomplish we will see more positives in our lives while accomplishing more.
