Agree with you very much so Sheri – personal branding correlates with almost everything we do. Thanks for joining the conversation.
]]>Great game plan DTaRelle. Learning and fun both definitely add to the experience. Thanks
]]>Great stuff here and well laid out “blog,” as it were. My only comment was that it was hard to actually find your name in a post all about WHO you are and how that relates to branding. I see that a lot in websites and blogs that focus on their name and not always the person behind them. Anyway, just a small note that I had to go back UBC to confirm you were “Barry” and not “John Maxwell,” as neither names were very prominent. Your picture pops nicely and cries out for the full name underneath it.
ALL of that being said (sorry for all of the “advice”) I think the message is really powerful. My day job is a company I started to support Apple computers and iDevices and I know the prophet Steve well. 😉 There’s a great branding story about SouthWest too in that they realized their mission statement was really about Freedom and freedom of choice. Thus, “You are now free to move about the country” was born.
Great work. You’re obviously a real pro and doing well.
All the best,
Mick
