Thanks John. Pink has clearly given a new perspective to the idea of salesmanship. I like his idea of up-serving instead of up-selling.
]]>I have to laugh as I recall my “boyish” self declaring loudly and repeatedly when I graduated from college the first time and started to look for work – “I will NEVER have anything to do with sales!”
Youthful idealism, I suppose … these days, one of my mantras is “Everyone is in sales”:)
