Hello and thanks for clicking through to learn more about what I have been up to.
I would love nothing more than the opportunity to work with many of you wearing my “new” hat. One of the significant decisions I have made over the past few years was to partner with the John Maxwell Organization and becoming part of John’s coaching, speaking and training team has allowed me to work with some of the top leaders in the world. This past June I was able to be part of a team of 150 that trained 24,000 leaders in the Country of Guatemala.
I am very committed to developing those around me and have invested the better part of the last 3 years in developing the skills needed to help individuals and teams overcome challenges and work towards reaching their potential. I would love the opportunity to sit down with you and discuss how I may be able to serve you or your organization in my new role as a coach, speaker and trainer.
This conversation is typically framed around three questions:
- What have you done in the past related to investing in the development of yourself or your organization? I ask this because I am curious to know if you have made this commitment before and to find out what worked and what did not.
- What are the specific challenges you or your organization are currently facing? This allows me to make suggestions that will specifically address the challenges and to develop a way forward.
- What would be the desired outcome of working with me? I believe that we should always start with the end in mind and work towards a solution. Being clear on the expected outcome will keep the focus where it needs to be.
One last TIME SENSITIVE item. There is a great opportunity this Thursday, October 10th to see some great leaders in action. John Maxwell will be doing a webcast introducing his latest book, Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn. He will be joined on this webcast with special guests Dave Ramsey and Nick Vujicic.
You can register for this complimentary webcast at: http://webcast.johnmaxwell.com/2013/ This will be a content filled webcast with some great information on leadership, attitudes as well as an introduction of the just released John Maxwell 360 Leadership assessment tool.
Thanks for the interest and I hope to hear from you soon,
Barry
